Prosecco ZB by Zanotto is a wine that comes from the heart of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area and is produced only in the hills of the upper province of Treviso between 150 and 350 m above sea level, where Riccardo Zanotto gave birth to its cellar and its incredible wines .
Zanotto's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “ZB '” is the driest sparkling wine within the range of Zanotto labels.
Once poured into the glass, the color is light straw yellow, with fine and persistent bubbles . On the nose there are hints of citrus and white flowers, while on the palate it is light, fresh and with a velvety foam.
Because Zanotto's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “ZB '” was created according to the customs of the past!
What does it mean? That no sugars were added, thus giving life to a bottle with a particularly dry and incisive profile, in which you can feel a sustained freshness that lengthens the persistence of the drink.
In short, it doesn't happen every day to drink a wine from the past!
Zanotto's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “ZB '” is a special, exciting bubble .
Keep it for those evenings when Prosecco is not just in the background, but plays the part of the protagonist.
To best enjoy Zanotto's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “ZB '”, forget it in the fridge!
In fact, its ideal temperature is between 6 ° -8 ° C.
The bunches are carefully selected during the manual harvesting phase and, as soon as they arrive in the rooms used for vinification , they are de-stemmed. The first fermentation of the must takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the refermentation takes place in an autoclave, following the principles of the Martinotti Method , for a total of 90-100 days. The residual sugar is practically absent and recovers the ancient tradition of "Brut Nature".
The Zanotto winery is located in Resera, in the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area.
Clayey soil that is often calcareous, lean, dry and not very deep, especially at higher altitudes.
