We are located in the Prapian estates , between the hills of the DOCG area of Tarzo and Valdobbiadene : here the sparkling wines Col De L'Utia (ancient Ladin denomination of hut or refuge) are born.
We are in a territory formed over the centuries, thanks to the hard work of many generations: the grapes that grow here are destined for excellent prosecco with a refined, elegant and austere image, after rigorous organic production and skilful vinification.
Prapian Prosecco Valdobbiadene Extra Dry Bio results in a pale straw yellow color in the glass. The nose is intense the typical fruity aroma with hints of peach, pear, banana, green apple with citrus sensations that fade into the floral with notes of wisteria and acacia. In the mouth the wine is harmonious, soft and enveloping, but at the same time dry and fresh.

The vines are composed of 100% Glera grapes , grown in organic farming . The vinification takes place thanks to soft pressing by means of a horizontal press and subsequent fermentation of the clear must at a controlled temperature and in the presence of sugars. The must obtained is then matured in steel containers at a controlled temperature and refined in the bottle.
We are located in the Prapian area , on the estate of the company located in the heart of the Prosecco area.
The vineyards of the Prapian estate , in the municipality of Tarzo in the province of Treviso, extend three hundred meters above sea level; the soil is very mineral, sunny, rich in water and little exposed to winds.
