Podere Grecale's Frizantin is a lively and vital, unconventional sparkling wine .
The color is straw yellow. The nose has the varietal aromas of the vine and hints of yeast. In the mouth it is very fresh and harmonious, completely dry, with a clean and delicately sparkling finish.
Because this Frizantin , to understand it, must be tasted!
The result of an experiment between ancient and modern, the result is an incredible unconventional sparkling wine, refermented in the bottle "as it once was". In short, a wine to drink for a trip to other vineyards and other times!

If you are planning an aperitif on the elegant andante, made of raw fish and refined dishes, then a bottle of Frizantin by Podere Grecale cannot be missing from the table.
The recommended serving temperature is 6°C.
The grapes are harvested early and are softly pressed without crushing , with a yield of 45%. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks , after which the wine is refermented in the bottle, without subsequent disgorgement. The refinement in the bottle is for at least 5 months before being released on the market but the wine continues its evolution in the bottle.
The grapes come from the vineyard in Lone, in western Liguria, at an altitude of 150 meters with exposure between south and south-west.
Predominantly calcareous and clayey soil.
