Description

Toblar's Ribolla Gialla DOC is straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections. Fresh and citrus scent with slight spicy hints. On the palate it has a nice acidity, which gives impetus to the sip with delicate fruity aromas.

Why you should drink it

Ribolla Gialla is one of the most representative native white grape varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia: and here we have a great demonstration of it.

We like getting to know new places and new people... but doing it while drinking, we like it even more!

When to uncork it

The right moment to uncork the Ribolla Gialla DOC is at the aperitif, also known as the happiest moment of the day!

This bottle will enhance the beauty of sharing: whether you're with your friends, family or someone special, it doesn't matter.... Ribolla is for everyone! Just enjoy the moment and especially if combined with delicate and tasty light dishes or appetizers!

How to drink it

The optimal serving temperature is around 10-12 C°.

Vinification and Aging

Destemming and soft pressing and immediate cooling at 7-8 C°. 24 hours of maceration on the skins at a low temperature . Racking and fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) in steel tanks; subsequently, 20% of the wine ages in 1500 liter oak barrels with battonage every 10 days, while 80% of the mass ages in steel with battonage every 20 days; after 8 months the two parts are joined and the wine is bottled.
