The Soave DOC "Corte Giara" by Allegrini is a white wine produced with 80% Garganega grapes and 20% Chardonnay grapes , a modern interpretation of the winemaking tradition created by the Allegrini family .
The nose is expressed with hints of white peach, notes of wild flowers and a vegetable tone. On the palate it demonstrates a lean , fresh and very juicy body .
Because if you crave a wine that inspires you with its elegantly dry taste then this bottle has to be yours. Furthermore, it is forbidden to miss the great quality guaranteed by the Allegrini name , what are you waiting for??
Are you planning an aperitif with friends ? Allegrini's Soave is right for you, for table pairings it goes well with vegetables , fish appetizers, seafood or herb risottos , asparagus and eggs .
Drink it chilled, at a temperature of about 8°-10° .
After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house , followed by fermentation which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of the fermentation, the wine can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months, finally the maturation takes place in wooden barrels which ends with the refinement in the bottle.
The vineyards are located within the estate of Corte Giara , in a hilly area in the province of Verona .
The soil is mainly calcareous .
