Tenute Orestiadi's Perricone is a red wine produced with 100% Perricone grapes , a vine that wisely decided to grow luxuriantly and proudly only in beautiful Sicily, so much so that it was used to give aromas , elegance and tannic texture to Marsala Rubino. famous Sicilian product in the world.
Unfortunately the cultivation of Perricone saw a slow decline and only in modern times has it been recovered and this bottle of Orestiadi best embodies this will by releasing the typical aromas of the vine , therefore red berried fruits and Mediterranean spices, while in the mouth it is velvety with an enveloping and elegant tannin with a long and persistent finish.

To drink without too much delay, just remember to serve it at a temperature of 16-18C° .
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts about 1 year in steel and bottle before being put on the market.
We are located in the Valle del Belice area in Sicily , in the municipality of Gibellina , where the vineyards can take advantage of very favorable climatic conditions , allowing the grapes to reach a perfect state of ripeness every year.
The soils are of volcanic origin .
