This " Rosalita " is a Salento rosé wine from the Due Palme winery , with a modern and delicate look from the outset, it comes from a processing of Negroamaro and black Malvasia grapes vinified in pink which are combined to be processed in a new version .
This rosé has delicately fruity and floral aromas, with clear references to the rose, while in the mouth it shows itself as a wine with a pleasant taste, soft and fresh at the same time, thanks to the subtle sapidity it prolongs the pleasure of having drunk for several seconds.
Because this rosé falls into the category of those wines capable of making you drain the bottle without realizing it, a real satisfaction sip after sip, tasting is believing!
This is a simple wine to taste and easy to combine, especially with delicate and summer dishes or aperitifs, specifically combine it with red fish-based dishes or for a particular combination try it with raw ham pizza .
To drink chilled but not too much, at a temperature of 12-14°C .
The grapes are cryomacerated for about 6/7 hours and immediately afterwards the skins are separated from the must, which continues its vinification and aging in steel .
We are in Cellino San Marco , in the province of Brindisi , where the Due Palme winery has quickly established itself as one of the most interesting cooperative realities not only in Puglia but throughout the entire peninsula .
The soils are deep , of medium texture tending towards clayey .
