Description

The first to work the vineyard in the family was Giandomenico Guglielmini in the mid-1800s. Today the family continues with the tradition by producing typical wines of the western Ligurian Riviera in Soldano in the upper Val Crosia, surrounded by green vineyards and centuries-old olive trees.

Here, Enzo Guglielmi, produced a Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC in perfect balance between respect for tradition and the use of modern technological systems, personally following the selection of grapes , vinification and bottling . Enzo has been missing for a few years but the journey continues in the family.

This wine is ruby red in color with reflections ranging from purplish (in the first 6/8 months after the harvest ) to garnet (if aged from 1 to 3 years). The nose is vinous, fragrant and fruity when young, it becomes intense and persistent over time with hints of dried rose. In the mouth it is dry and rightly tannic when young, which becomes softer and more savory over time.
