This is a white wine with a deep straw yellow color. The nose has a full bouquet with toasted and honey notes. In the mouth it is intense with balsamic and mineral notes.

" Cremen " is in fact the dialectal name for Clemente, founder of the family, for whose memory this special wine was created.

Pigato Superiore Cremen DOC is, in fact, the perfect wine to uncork in evenings where you really want to taste the dishes served at the table and enjoy the freshness of an excellent bottle.
This Pigato is best enjoyed when served cold, around 10 ° C.
The grapes are harvested from vineyards with an average age of 40 years and then pressed. The must is fermented after an accurate pied de cuve and at the end of fermentation it is transferred to the 15 hl oak barrel where it is aged for 10 months on the fine lees. It ends with a bottle aging of at least 4 months.
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Ranzo fraz. Bonfigliara and Ricci, in the province of Imperia.
