Cabernet Isonzo Doc is a Friuli wine from the Carlo di Pradis company, a red wine produced by one of the historic wineries in the North East .
A wine that has a rich and elegant nose, with herbaceous aromas of pepper and tomato leaf , followed by fruity sensations reminiscent of small red berries and beautiful shades of fresh violet and wild rose .

Cabernet di Pradis is an agile and soft sip, suitable in any situation , certainly excellent for relaxing in everyday life .
It is a wine from every moment , which can be paired with roasts, cold meats, cheeses, hard pasta and salami.
It is advisable to serve this Pradis Cabernet Isonzo Doc at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees , as it has a fine taste and a nice alcohol content .
After a careful harvest and selection of the grapes , we proceed to a red vinification . Fermentation takes place for about 18 days in contact with the skins , with daily pumping over; the wine is drawn off and pressed , with subsequent refinement in steel barrels before bottling .
Pradis is the town of Cormons , in the province of Gorizia , where the roots , the vineyard and the origins of the family producing this wine are located. However, the company follows several vineyards in the neighboring municipalities of Moraro and Mariano towards the Isonzo plain and this is where this Friulian cabernet is born.
The soil from which this Cabernet Isonzo Doc di Pradis is born is alluvial , with red clays and gravels .
