The taste is rich , with a harmonious sip characterized by pleasant fruity notes of considerable gustatory persistence.

Alcoholic fermentation in steel and malolactic fermentation in barrique . Aging between 4 and 6 months in new and semi-new barriques.
The vineyards in which this classic Vermentino is produced are 10-15 year old vines, exposed to East-West at 120m. asl. We are in Arzachena, in the province of Sassari.
The soil is typical of Gallura which is sandy and rocky , originating from granite decay, very draining and rich in mineral substances .
