Etna Rosso di Firriato is a red wine - produced on the slopes of the homonymous volcano - which has a brilliant ruby color , with lively purple hues . Typically mineral notes , ripe and elegant , alternating with intense and very delicate aromas of cassis , blueberries , plum jam , black cherry , licorice , pepper and dried violet .
Because it is a red with a contemporary reading , dynamic to the sip without being heavy or intrusive: Etna today is the Langa of the south.
This Etna Rosso di Firriato is well balanced , harmonious , moves forward with energy and vivacity , is rich , warm and refined , with soft tannins and a remarkable lineage . To underline the long aromatic persistence and the satisfying and " juicy " finish.
