Livio Felluga's Sauvignon is a fresh and tasty white wine strongly linked to the territory , it is produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes , one of the international vines that have shown the greatest affinity towards the Collio area , today this variety is part of the Friulian winemaking tradition and has unquestionably contributed to the enological affirmation of the region.

Intense and penetrating aromas with hints of grapefruit, lime, elderflower, passion fruit, lychee, boxwood and sage, combined with fine nuances of dandelion, mint and custard. In the mouth the taste is vibrant and full of character , with harmonious freshness and firm sapidity .

Vinification and Aging

The must is left to clarify by decantation and then started for alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation process is complete, the wine is left to rest on the lees for a few months before final bottling.

The vineyards are located in Rosazzo , in Friuli Venezia Giulia , here the company has 242 hectares, of which 187 are destined for the cultivation of the vine, they constitute the complex ecosystem with the Alps in the background and the gaze that goes to the sea.
