Colli di Luni Rosso Undicinodi by Tenuta la Ghiaia is a red wine produced in the Levante Ligure in the municipality of Sarzana , where the alluvial plain of Luni meets the first hill .
Undicinodi has a deep ruby red color . The aromas are an explosion of small crunchy red berries , light vegetal notes and slight memories of dark spices , such as black pepper .
In the mouth it is a well-structured wine characterized by a fruity freshness that makes it drinkable and juicy . The tannins are well present but elegant and subtle . The finish is persistent and fruity , characterized by a subtle hint of bitter cocoa .
Because it is a bottle to be savored every day , which combines the structure of a Tuscan wine with the elegance of a Ligurian wine .
