The Champagne house of Lallier was born and wrote its history in 1906 in the heart of Aÿ, one of the 17 Champagne villages classified as Grand Cru . In pursuit of excellence, the founder's grandson, Réné-James Lallier, began in 1996 an important work of modernizing the winemaking tools.
Lallier wines are renowned for their finesse and their authentic expression of the richness of the most beautiful territories of Champagne and the Grand Rosé Brut Grand Cru is one of the many proofs.
A cuvée of pinot noir (65%) and chardonnay (35%) which appears salmon pink: to obtain its fascinating color reminiscent of the sunset sky, maceration is carried out "à la millefeuille" (literally 'millefeuille' ) because layers of white grapes and layers of black grapes are meticulously alternated.
On the nose hints of raspberry with subtle notes of citrus and wild strawberry, the latter enters lively even in the mouth in a precise and fresh way.
If you are on this page it is because you have a special occasion to celebrate and, rest assured, you have found the right wine : don't think twice! The precision, finesse and balance are a reflection of Lallier's expertise and you, therefore, can be sure of drinking an incredible bottle.
When it comes to Champagne , one cannot but think of party, elegance and lightness.
And it is precisely at chic parties that the Lallier Grand Rosé Brut Grand Cru finds its place in the world!
Serve this bottle with a lobster or mullet stew or, if you dare, try it with dessert! You will be in heaven and your friends will elect you bomber of the year.
