This champagne is a highly sought-after product , in fact before 1968 it was practically impossible to find a non-vintage rosé Champagne, until the visionary Bernard de Nonancourt launched this Champagne Brut Cuvée Rosé - Laurent-Perrier.
The nose is straightforward and very fresh , with hints of strawberries, raspberries, currants, blackberries. On the palate it is lively and still fruity with a soft roundness on the finish.

Produced with the Champenoise Method , called Classic Method in Italy, with refermentation in the bottle . The refinement is 48 months on the lees.
Laurent-Perrier's vines are grown within the company vineyards , scattered between the Montagne de Reims and Cote de Bouzy areas .
The composition of the soil is mainly made up of limestone , chalk and marl . Gypsum has the property of retaining water by capillary action and its high porosity is a reservoir of water which gives the plant an adequate supply even during the driest summers.
