The renowned Maison champenoise Perrier-Jouet produces this Champagne Brut 'Blason Rosé' , a charming bubble in its floral references, conceived as a gastronomic Champagne .
Modeled on the Cuvée Grand Brut, this Perrier Jouet Rosé is lightly enriched with Chardonnay to compensate for the vinosity of the red wines. It therefore combines the elegance and finesse of Chardonnay (25%), the structure of Pinot Noir (50%) and the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier (25%), a particularly complex vine to use, of which Perrier-Jouët has acquired a rare mastery .
The aromatic bouquet recalls fruity and citrus aromas , such as wild strawberry, pomegranate and grapefruit peel, combined with floral references. The taste is elegant, intense and with an excellent structure , with a lively freshness that is accompanied by a pleasant sapidity in a finish reminiscent of red fruits and flowers.
Simple, because the chef de cave looks for breadth , structure and organoleptic harmony in the cuvée of this Champagne 'Blason Rosé'.
It is a champagne with attention to every detail to be able to amaze thanks to the great quality that you will taste with every sip from your glass!
Thanks to the completeness of this wine, this Champagne Rosé can be boldly combined with tasty meat or fish tartare , excellent to try with tuna steaks or grilled swordfish .
To be served nice chilled , at a temperature of 8°-10°C .
Champagne produced with the Champenoise Method , called Classic Method in Italy, with refermentation in the bottle. Aging for at least 36 months on the lees.
Perrier-Jouët is based in Epernay , in the headquarters called Maison Belle Epoque , the former home of the Perrier-Jouët family. It is located in a magical and enchanting place, embellished with Art Nouveau masterpieces. The Champagnes produced here are real works of art, born from the best parcels of the Côte de Blanc , where Chardonnay grapes grow with exuberant floral aromas, capable of expressing an articulated aromatic complexity.
The composition of the soil is mainly made up of limestone , chalk and marl . Gypsum has the property of retaining water by capillary action and its high porosity is a reservoir of water which gives the plant an adequate supply even during the driest summers.
