The Chablis Aoc by Domaine Des Hates is a white wine produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes in the Chablis region, one of the world's vineyard homelands, this is the symbolic label of the range , which expresses well the style of the winery and the unique and inimitable of the great whites of this famous Appellation of Burgundy.
Pierrick Laroche is the energetic (and talented) young winemaker behind the winery, a unique vision that, in 2021, earned him the Young Talents Trophy award . Deserved recognition and this Chablis is proof of this , we are talking about a white wine with a pure and precise bouquet with notes of minerality and spicy and citrus aromas. The taste is balanced and with beautiful and fine hints of lemon, a well-integrated acidity that makes the wine harmonious .

The grapes, after having been carefully selected during the harvest, undergo spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts, followed by 12 months in steel before bottling.
We are in Chablis , an area of Burgundy , here the company works its hectares without pesticides and herbicides ; Pierrick has chosen to work the soil as little as possible and the results are visible.
The soils composed of limestone , clayey calcareous marl , are of ancient marine origin and are rich in fossils .
