A summer of BOTTLES with VINOVE SALES!!!
VINOVE' SALES!!
Each of us has our preferences in the wine world, but what do you think of pink wines?
Halfway between reds and whites, ROSE WINES are gaining an important place in the wine scene. In fact, rosés offer surprising ideas, not only in summer.
There are many clichés about Rosé: from being considered a women's wine only, to that of being an aperitif or summer wine; all lies. Instead, we are talking about a real production method which, in addition to color, gives unique characteristics to each label.
A peculiarity of these wines is that countless varieties of red grapes can be used. The coloring is obtained by limiting the time in which the skins are left to macerate in the must. This process also affects a wide range of aromatic and gustatory nuances.
These specifications make rosé wines truly versatile for pairings in the kitchen, being capable of accompanying light dishes or even competing with more elaborate cuisines, such as a pasta with sea urchins.

But what is the contemporary vision of rosé wines like?
In Italy, the tendency to consider them as 'vinelli' is fortunately decreasing. Many Italian regions, traditionally accustomed to producing excellent rosés, are now seeing this type expand with the creation of high quality products.
Today, demand is growing strongly, as is the production of rosé, which has seen winemakers refine production techniques and styles. These efforts have introduced new shades of color, from soft pink to more intense shades of salmon and coral.
As we have seen, the technique determines the color: winemaking does not imply the blending of white and red wine, a practice prohibited by production regulations, with the exception of Classic Method rosé sparkling wines.
With the increase in demand, new vines have been selected that are particularly suitable for this winemaking, enhancing the areas of origin. Liguria, for example, can boast various excellences in this area, one of which is the Magia di Rosa di CĂ du FerrĂ , a gem from the Levante Ligure obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, Vermentino Nero and Syrah.
Magia di Rosa combines the Provençal style with the typical grapes of the Cinque Terre, making it perfect for an aperitif but above all as an ideal companion for fish or white meat dishes: in short, it is the wine to open in good company!

Andrea Bruzzone is a hotbed of ideas and, in 2023, he gave life to something new: a rosé sparkling wine produced with the ancestral method. Axillo Rosé is a bubble obtained from Ciliegiolo grapes which, despite its cloudiness, stands out for being light, with a pleasant persistence on the palate and a marked flavor, representing a novelty in the Ligurian wine scene.
This rosé is characterized by being 'with the bottom', that is, it has a typical deposit in the bottle which not only amplifies the taste sensations but also enriches the product with a unique quality, making the Ligurian sparkling wine a real experience for the palate.
Axillo Rosé by Andrea Bruzzone proves to be perfect to accompany an aperitif, especially if fish-based, but is capable of giving great satisfaction even when combined with fried dishes, such as mixed fried fish.

Tenuta La Ghiaia produces its wines on the Luni hills, an area where Liguria meets Tuscany. Using Sangiovese grapes, they decided to pay homage to this happy meeting by creating the Liguria Di Levante Rosato IGT Atys .
This wine is proof that a rosé can offer numerous surprises, presenting itself clean and made with technique and precision, to narrate the Ligurian territory and the encounter with a classic Tuscan grape variety in a sincere and genuine way.
Atys Rosato , thanks to a pleasant tannic sensation, is perfect to accompany your fish recipes, from starters to main courses; I also recommend it with vegetable soups.
