Pinot Nero Alto Adige is a red wine produced by Castel Sallegg with 100% Pinot Nero grapes , an elegant wine that manages to convey the aromas of Trentino Alto-Adige.
It stands out for its clean aroma , typical of Pinot Noir, with hints of red berries, cherries and spices. In the mouth it has a medium body, balanced and delicate , with a pleasant tannin, which gives a good persistence.
Simple, because this Pinot Noir from Castel Sallegg expresses the class of the variety , combine this with the ability to remind you of the earth and the woods and you will have a fantastic bottle.
Truly an excellent wine to be enjoyed throughout the meal , but if you want to accompany something specific to this elegant red then go with main courses based on red meat and game birds .
Uncork it and let it “ breathe ” for a few minutes, serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C .
15 days of controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 28°C, then natural malolactic fermentation . Aging for 12 months in French barriques .
